Vendelux — New York, NY
Product Designer | B2B SaaS, Series B Startup
March 2026 – Present
- Led the end-to-end design of Segments, a real-time audience-building
  platform, from concept through company-wide launch across all customer
  accounts, replacing hours-long manual list workflows with reusable dynamic
  filtering; drove 7.4K weekly API interactions, nearly 2,000 audience-result
  queries, and 38 customer-created segments in the first observed post-launch
  week.
- Launched Event Organizer MVP in 3 weeks, a new product built on Segments
  that gives event organizers real-time visibility into attendee data and
  event goals; used rapid prototyping and experimentation to iterate on the
  filtering model, nearly doubling condition requests per query from 0.44 to
  0.79.
- Designed and shipped a unified design system across 5 platform surfaces
  (Attendees, Organizations, Segments, Event Organizer MVP, shared
  components), building a reusable icon framework (80 icons across 20
  filters), a 3-state status system, and a 4-variant Toast component library.
  Built an agentic AI workflow (Figma MCP plugin API) that autonomously
  scripted component variants and design tokens.

Columbia Robotics and Rehabilitation Lab — New York, NY

- Led user-centered research end-to-end across 40+ hours with 8 SCI patients
  and 4 physical therapists, synthesizing findings into affinity maps that
  directly shaped the engineering team's hardware priorities and delivered a
  25% increase in force consistency and 30% higher user-reported comfort in
  usability testing.
- Designed, built, and shipped the lab's public-facing site end-to-end with
  custom HTML/CSS, crafting distinct user flows and content architecture for
  four audiences (clinicians, funding agencies, patients, academic
  collaborators) from a single content system.

Stealth Startup — New York, NY
User Experience Designer | Early-stage AI product
November 2025 – January 2026
- Designed 200+ screens from concept to high-fidelity prototype for an
  early-stage AI product on a 4-person team, building an agentic AI workflow
  that let the team move from concept to shipped MVP screens autonomously in
  3 weeks.
- Owned the interaction design for weekly releases, collaborating directly
  with the CTO and front-end engineers to translate technical constraints
  into design decisions and ship pixel-accurate experiences through Figma
  Dev Mode.

- Led the design and presentation of the A/W24 and S/S24 capsule collection
  strategy to Chloé's Managing Director and Korea executive team, translating
  product vision into a narrative that won alignment across every Chloé
  boutique in the region.

  and built the training system 100+ boutique managers nationwide used to
  launch seasonal collections.
